Barentz Promotes Alessandra Massetti to Technical Sales Specialist– HI&I

Barentz, a leading global specialty ingredients solution provider, promotes Alessandra Massetti to Technical Sales Specialist – HI&I, North America team.

Alessandra joined Barentz in October 2020 as a Lab Chemist, where she quickly distinguished herself through her technical expertise and collaborative approach.

 

Alessandra holds a degree in Chemistry with a specialization in organic synthesis from Florida Atlantic University (FAU), graduating with honors. She is also ACS-certified and was awarded two undergraduate research grants. Her work has been published in The FASEB Journal. During her academic career, Alessandra participated in four research projects within FAU’s Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, with a focus on drug development for Alzheimer’s disease and breast cancer. She also gained clinical experience as an intern phlebotomist at Boca Regional Hospital and through the Broward College Nursing Department.

In her new role as Technical Sales Specialist, Alessandra will serve as a vital link between Barentz’s technical and commercial teams, supporting customers in the development and optimization of innovative floor care and coatings formulations. She will provide hands-on technical guidance, help troubleshoot formulation challenges and recommend ingredient solutions tailored to customer needs. Her ability to translate complex chemistry into practical, results-driven solutions will be key to driving customer success and strengthening Barentz’s technical value proposition.
